Morning Baby

We have been seeing a mother deer at the swamp edge of our property. We know that she has a baby fawn hidden there because one afternoon the fawn was crying for its mother, she must have taken too long foraging on her own. Mark and I had to check on it to make sure it was ok and not in danger. We have quite a few fishers here and Mark has rescued two fawns in the past, one tore up by a fisher the other about to be. The baby fawn was fine and just wanted its mother....thankfully.
